With shrinkage (10%), total imported fill is estimated at 156,000 CY.
An additional 85,000 CY of soil (adjusted for shrinkage) will be required to achieve the proposed grading plan elevations.
Drainage & Stormwater Management
Installation of reinforced concrete culverts, bedding, and headwalls.
Placement of riprap energy dissipaters, slope channels, and V-ditches lined with riprap and geofabric.
Construction of storm inlets, cleanouts, and stormwater management/detention ponds, including overflows, risers, gabions, concrete spillways, stone filters, and pads.
Surface Treatment & Final Cover
Placement of clean, reprocessed granular cover material.
Application of native seed mix and hydraulic erosion control measures.
Other incidental and related work necessary for site stabilization and compliance.
