Project consists of the construction of a combat aircraft loading area (cala) apron, apronshoulders, supporting taxiway, taxiway shoulders, access roadway, roadway shoulders, and vehicle parking lot along with associated aircraft tie-downs, moorings, grounding grid with contact points, taxiway and apron lights, painted deck and taxiway markings, workillumination on poles, emergency call boxes and aircraft & personnel signs.
